White Jellyfish
I shot these underwater scenes near La Paz Mexico in the Sea of Cortez. The white jellyfish is illuminated by natural sunlight. Pacific creolfish school near the surface. Cortez rainbow wrasse are broadcast spawning - where they swim up in unison and throw a milky cloud of eggs and sperm into the water.
When I returned from my dive trip to La Paz I viewed the video of the jellyfish it reminded me of the plastic bag that twirls in the wind in the movie American Beauty. When I heard the music track by Soundprank I thought it would work well with the jellyfish video to create this relaxing, thought-provoking video. Enjoy!
